Amendment of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992

14.—(1) The Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 is amended as follows.

(2) In section 150 (interpretation of Part 10)(1)—

(a)after subsection (1)(bc), insert—

“(bd)adult disability payment,”,

(b)in subsection (2), at the appropriate place insert—

““adult disability payment” means disability assistance given in accordance with the Disability Assistance for Working Age People (Scotland) Regulations 2022(2),”.
