Amendment to the Occupational Pension Schemes (Winding up etc) Regulations 2005

10.  In the Occupational Pension Schemes (Winding up etc) Regulations 2005(1), in regulation 3 (schemes to which section 73 of the 1995 Act does not apply)(2), after paragraph (1) insert—

“(1A) Section 73 of the 1995 Act does not apply to a section of a scheme that is a collective money purchase scheme for the purposes of Part 1 of the Pension Schemes Act 2021.”.
