8.—(1) The Occupational Pension Schemes (Investment) Regulations 2005(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2A (additional requirements in relation to default arrangement)(2), after paragraph (6), insert—
“(7) This regulation does not apply to a scheme or a section of a scheme which is a collective money purchase scheme for the purposes of Part 1 of the Pension Schemes Act 2021.”.
Regulation 2A was inserted by S.I. 2015/879 and amended by S.I. 2018/988 (as amended by S.I. 2019/982).
