1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Offshore Service Craft) Regulations 2022.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 9th February 2022.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
