Consequential amendment

8.  In the Merchant Shipping (High-Speed Craft) Regulations 2004(1), in regulation 3(2) at the end insert—

“(i) a craft to which the Merchant Shipping (High-Speed Offshore Service Craft) Regulations 2022 apply.”.
