8.—(1) In relation to a construction, operation and maintenance platform, the gravity base foundations must not have a total footprint of more than 4,800 m2.
(2) In relation to a construction, operation and maintenance platform, the jacket foundations must not have a total footprint at the seabed which is more than 5,676 m2.
(3) In relation to any construction, operation and maintenance platform, the monopile foundation must not have a total footprint at the seabed which is more than 177 m2.
