Amendment of Part 6

6.  In rule 6.3 (interpretation)—

(a) at the end of paragraph (b) omit “as referred to in rule 7.4”; and

(b) after paragraph (b) insert—

“(‘Jurisdiction’ is defined in rule 2.3.)”.
