The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22(1) and (5), 38(1), (3) and (4), 235(5), 426(2)(a) and 428(3) of, and paragraphs 25(1)(f) and (2) of Schedule 2 to, the Financial Services and Markets Act 20001, make the following Order.
