Provisions coming into force on 10th May 20222
The following provisions of the Act come into force on 10th May 2022—
a
section 17 (policy statement on environmental principles);
b
section 18 (policy statement on environmental principles: process);
c
section 19(5) and (6) (policy statement on environmental principles: effect);
d
section 20 (statements about Bills containing new environmental law);
e
section 85 (Authority’s power to require information) so far as relating to undertakers whose areas are wholly or mainly in England and licensees using the systems of such undertakers;
f
section 87 (electronic service of documents) so far as relating to undertakers whose areas are wholly or mainly in England and licensees using the systems of such undertakers.
