This Order authorises National Highways to undertake works to alter junction 10 of the M25/A3 Wisley interchange, the M25 and the A3 near Wisley in Surrey and carry out all associated works.
The Order permits National Highways to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land for this purpose.
The Order also includes provisions in connection with the maintenance of the authorised development.
A copy of the plans, engineering drawings and sections, the book of reference, the environmental statement, the habitats regulations assessment, the Water Framework Directive assessment report, the statutory nuisance statement, the register of environmental actions and commitments and the outline CEMP mentioned in this Order and certified in accordance with article 45 (certification of documents, etc.) of this Order may be inspected free of charge during normal working hours at National Highways, Bridge House, 1 Walnut Tree Close, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4LZ.
