53. Save for differences or disputes arising under sub-paragraphs 45(2), 45(4) and 46(1) any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and SGN under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and SGN, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 48 (arbitration).
