PART 6 E+W Additional powers and functions of the Authority

Duty to maintain register E+W

28.  The Authority must maintain a register of—

(a) grant applications,

(b) redemption applications,

(c) issued boiler upgrade vouchers,

(d) redeemed boiler upgrade vouchers.

and must ensure, so far as practicable, that entries in the register are accurate and up to date.
