Article 24 of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority (Election of Mayor and Functions) Order 202119 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (3), after “Regulations” insert or “the Appeals and Representations Regulations”.

In paragraph (4), after sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(aza)

“the Appeals and Representations Regulations” means the Civil Enforcement of Road Traffic Contraventions (Representations and Appeals) (England) Regulations 2022;”.
