For rule 91(2)(a) (witnesses eligible for assistance on grounds of fear or distress about testifying)12, substitute—

“(a)

the proceedings are in respect of—

(i)

a sexual offence;

(ii)

a modern slavery offence; or

(iii)

any other offence where it is alleged that the behaviour of the defendant amounted to domestic abuse.”.
