6. The organisation established under section 57 of the Police Act 1996(1) known as the Football Banning Orders Authority is prescribed as the enforcing authority for the purposes of section 22A of the 1989 Act.
1996 c. 16. Section 57 was amended by section 128(1) of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 (c. 4) and section 13 of the 2009 Act. There are other amendments to these sections that are not relevant to this Order.
