100.—(1) The National Health Service Trusts (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1990(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 11, in paragraph (1)—
(a)after sub-paragraph (f) insert “or”;
(b)after sub-paragraph (h) omit “or”;
(c)omit sub-paragraph (i).
