Amendment of the Social Security Benefit (Computation of Earnings) Regulations 199612

The Social Security Benefit (Computation of Earnings) Regulations 199613 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2, in paragraph (1)—
a
omit the definition of “clinical commissioning group”;
b
at the appropriate place insert—
“integrated care board” means an integrated care board established under Chapter A3 of Part 2 of the National Health Service Act 2006;
