a
in the definition of “former health service body” after “means a” insert “clinical commissioning group,”
;
b
in the definition of “health service body” omit “a clinical commissioning group,”.

In Schedule 2, in paragraph 1—

in sub-paragraph (2)(d)—

omit “other than a clinical commissioning group”;
