Amendment of the National Health Service (Quality Accounts) Regulations 201046

The National Health Service (Quality Accounts) Regulations 201039 are amended as follows.

In regulation 1, in paragraph (2)—
a
omit the definition of “clinical commissioning group”;
b
at the appropriate place insert—
“integrated care board” means an integrated care board established under Chapter A3 of Part 2 of the National Health Service Act 2006;
