The National Health Service Pension Scheme Regulations 201568 are amended as follows.

In regulation 164—

a

in paragraph (3), in sub-paragraph (g)(ii) for “Group” substitute “integrated care board”;

b

in paragraph (5) for “(“the appointed Group or Board”)” substitute “(“the appointed NHS body”)”;

c

in paragraph (6) for “the appointed Group or Board” substitute “the appointed NHS body”;

d

in paragraph (7)(a) for “the appointed Group or Board” substitute “the appointed NHS body”;

e

in paragraph (9)—

i

in the words before sub-paragraph (a) for “The appointed Group or Board” substitute “The appointed NHS body”;
