Section 58(2) (inspection fees) of the Traffic Management Act 2004, except for the words “, or pay the prescribed fee,” in the substituted paragraph (6) of section 75 (inspection fees) of the New Roads and Street Works Act 19912, comes into force as respects England on 17th June 2022.
