This Order may be cited as the Freedom of Information (Additional Public Authorities) Order 2022.

This Order comes into force on 1st September 2022.

In this Order, “the Act” means the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Additional public authorities

In Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Act (local government) after paragraph 35E insert—
35F
A corporate joint committee established by regulations under Part 5 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021.

In Part 6 of Schedule 1 to the Act (other public bodies and offices: general) insert, at the appropriate place in each case, the entries listed in the Schedule to this Order.
