Citation, interpretation and extent1

These Regulations may be cited as the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2022.

In these Regulations a reference to a section or Schedule by number alone means the section or Schedule so numbered in the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
