Coming into force

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 150(1)(a) and (b), (3)(a) and (b), (4)(a), (6)(a), (b) and (d) and (10) of the Energy Act 20131 and paragraph 3(a) of Schedule 4 to the Housing Act 20042, makes the following Regulations.

A draft of this instrument was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 150(9) of the Energy Act 2013 and section 250(6)(f) of the Housing Act 2004.
