These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Enforcement of Road Traffic Contraventions (Approved Devices, Charging Guidelines and General Provisions) (England) Regulations 2022.

These Regulations come into force on 31st May 2022.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

These Regulations apply in England only.

Nothing in this Part or Parts 2 to 7 applies in relation to—
a
a bus lane contravention within paragraph 6 of Schedule 7 to the TMA 2004 in Greater London,
b
a London lorry ban contravention3, or
c
a moving traffic contravention within paragraph 8 of Schedule 7 to the TMA 2004 in a civil enforcement area4 in Greater London.
