20. In rule 52.14—
(a)in paragraph (1), for “application” substitute “request”;
(b)in paragraph (2)(a), for “applicant” substitute “requesting party”; and
(c)after paragraph (2), insert—
“(3) A request under paragraph (1) must be made on the approved form.”.
