Citation and commencement

2.  These Rules come into force on 3rd October 2022, save for the following which come into force on 15th August 2022—

(a) rule 4(b), (c), (d) and (e);

(b) rule 5(a), (b), (c), (d), (f) and (g);

(c) rule 6;

(d) rule 8(a)(i);

(e) rule 9;

(f) rule 11;

(g) rule 12;

(h) rule 14;

(i) rule 15; and

(j) rule 24(a) and (c).
