These Regulations may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No. 34) and Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2022.

In these Regulations—

  • “the 2003 Act” means the Criminal Justice Act 2003, and

  • “the 2022 Act” means the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022.
