Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(2) and (3)
The Secretary of State1, considering that the condition in section 45(2) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 20182 is met, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 11(2) to (5), 13, 15(2)(a) and (b), 15(3), 16(1)(a)(i), 45 and 54(2) of that Act.
