6.—(1) Schedule 7 to the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 5(2)(a)(2) (meaning of “credit institution” and “financial institution”), for “Annex 1 to the capital requirements directive”, in both places where it appears, substitute “Schedule 2 to the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017”.
(3) In paragraph 7(3) (interpretation of Part 2), omit the definition of “the capital requirements directive”.
(4) In paragraph 46(4) (index of defined expressions), omit the entry for “the capital requirements directive”.
