Amendment to the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 20032
The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 20034 are amended as follows—
a
omit regulation 7 (restriction on providing work-seekers in industrial disputes); and
b
in paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 1 (Transitional and Saving Provisions) omit “7 (restriction on providing work-seekers in industrial disputes),”.
