Pre-construction
13. The undertaker must ensure that a copy of this licence and any subsequent revisions or amendments are provided to the masters of any vessel being used to carry out any licensed activity listed in this licence, and that a copy of this licence is held on board any such vessel. Such documentation must to be provided as soon as reasonably practicable prior to the vessel carrying out any licensed activities.
