Provisions coming into force on 31st August 20222
The following provisions of the 2016 Act come into force on 31st August 2022—
a
section 61(1) and (2) (immigration bail) to the extent not already commenced, and
b
Schedule 10 (immigration bail) to the extent not already commenced.
