The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 12 of Schedule 2 to the Air Traffic Management and Unmanned Aircraft Act 20211.
In accordance with section 19(3)(a) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
