Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Register of Overseas Entities (Delivery, Protection and Trust Services) Regulations 2022 and come into force on the day section 3 of the ECTEA comes into force.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
