CHAPTER 6Surplus actions and ECO3 interim delivery actions
Score for surplus action and ECO3 interim delivery actionsI178

This article applies for the purpose of calculating the score to be given to a qualifying action which is—
a
a surplus action; or
b
an ECO3 interim delivery action.

Where this article applies, the score is equal to the annual cost savings of the qualifying action which are calculated in accordance with the following formula65—
E x £0.31 / £17.83.

In paragraph (2), “E” is the ECO3 cost savings for the qualifying action.
