The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised development, or to facilitate it, or is incidental to it.

This article is subject to paragraph (2) of article 26 (compulsory acquisition of rights and imposition of restrictive covenants), paragraph (8) of article 33 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised development) and article 53 (crown rights).
