The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised development, or to facilitate it, or is incidental to it.

This article is subject to article 22 (compulsory acquisition of rights), article 23 (subsoil or new rights only to be acquired in certain land) and article 29 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised development).
