The undertaker must no later than 28 days from the date that the plans and documents submitted to and certified by the Secretary of State in accordance with [F1article 48] (certification of documents, etc.) are certified by the Secretary of State, provide a set of those plans and documents to Network Rail in an agreed electronic read only format.E+W
