Citation, commencement and extent U.K.

1.  These Regulations—

(a) may be cited as the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Entry into Enclosed Spaces) Regulations 2022;

(b) come into force on 14th May 2022; and

(c) extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
