1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Electricity (Individual Exemption from the Requirement for a Transmission Licence) (Triton Knoll) (England) Order 2022 and comes into force on 24th October 2022.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales, and Scotland.
(3) This Order applies in relation to England only.
