Compulsory acquisition of land 18

The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required to carry out or to facilitate, or is incidental to, the authorised development.

This article is subject to paragraph (2) of article 20 (compulsory acquisition of rights) and paragraph (8) of article 27 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised development).
