The undertaker must ensure that the specified work are carried out with all reasonable skill and care, in accordance with all relevant statutory obligations and in accordance with the method statement for the specified work approved in accordance with paragraph 3 or deemed approved under paragraph 4 or such alternative designs, details and procedures which the undertaker may propose and the Company may accept from time to time at its sole discretion.
