100.—(1) The English language text of the Regulated Adoption Services (Service Providers and Responsible Individuals) (Wales) Regulations 2019(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2, in paragraph (1)—
(a)omit the definition of “the National Health Service Commissioning Board”;
(b)at the appropriate place insert—
““NHS England” (“GIG Lloegr”) means the body corporate established under section 1H of the National Health Service Act 2006;”
(3) In regulation 31—
(a)in paragraph (2)(a) for “the National Health Service Commissioning Board” substitute “NHS England”;
(b)in paragraph (3)(a) for “the National Health Service Commissioning Board” substitute “NHS England”;
(c)in paragraph (7)(a)—
(i)for “the “National Health Service Commissioning Board”” substitute ““NHS England””.
(ii)for “the National Health Service Commissioning Board”, in the second place that it occurs, substitute “NHS England”.
(4) In Schedule 3—
(a)in the title of Part 2 for “National Health Service Commissioning Board” substitute “NHS England”;
(b)in the title of Part 3 for “National Health Service Commissioning Board” substitute “NHS England”.
