Amendment of the National Health Service (Personal Dental Services Agreements) Regulations 2005

18.—(1) The National Health Service (Personal Dental Services Agreements) Regulations 2005(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2, in paragraph (1)—

(a) omit the definition of “the Board”;

(b) at the appropriate place insert—

““NHS England” means the body corporate established under section 1H of the 2006 Act;”.
