20.—(1) The National Health Service (General Ophthalmic Services) (Scotland) Regulations 2006(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “equivalent body”, for “the National Health Service Commissioning Board” substitute “NHS England”.
