Amendment of the Public Health Wales National Health Service Trust (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 2009 (English language text)

37.—(1) The English language text of the Public Health Wales National Health Service Trust (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 2009(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 1, in paragraph (2) in the definition of “health service body” in sub-paragraph (e), for “the National Health Service Commissioning Board” substitute “NHS England”.
