48.—(1) The English language text of the National Health Service (Concerns, Complaints and Redress Arrangements) (Wales) Regulations 2011(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 34, in paragraph (1)(cb) for “the National Health Service Commissioning Board” substitute “NHS England”.
