PART 2 Provisions relating to the National Health Service Commissioning Board being renamed NHS England

Amendment of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013

62.—(1) The National Health Service (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2, in paragraph (1)—

(a) omit the definition of “NHSCB”;

(b) at the appropriate place insert—

““NHS England” means the body corporate established under section 1H of the 2006 Act;”.
