PART 2 Provisions relating to the National Health Service Commissioning Board being renamed NHS England

Amendment of the National Health Service (Primary Dental Services) (Miscellaneous Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2013

63.—(1) The National Health Service (Primary Dental Services) (Miscellaneous Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2013(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 1—

(a) in paragraph 1 for “Board” substitute “NHS England”;

(b) in paragraph 2—

(i) omit the definition of “the Board”;

(ii) at the appropriate place insert—

““NHS England” means the body corporate established under section 1H of the 2006 Act;”;

(c) in paragraph 12(2)(a) for “the “Board”” substitute ““NHS England””.

(3) In Schedule 2—

(a) in paragraph 2—

(i) omit the definition of “the Board”;

(ii) at the appropriate place insert—

““NHS England” means the body corporate established under section 1H of the 2006 Act;”;

(b) in paragraph 12(2)(a) for “the “Board”” substitute ““NHS England””.
